Instructions for customers and partners who want Maison Blanc to delete their personal data.

01What this page is for
Use this page if an app store, Meta, Google, or another platform asks for Maison Blanc’s data-deletion instructions URL. It also explains how you can delete your account yourself. Full privacy details are in our Privacy policy.
02Delete from the customer app (recommended)
Open the Maison Blanc customer app → Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete account. Confirm the prompt. Your personal data is anonymised immediately, you are signed out on all devices, and you cannot recover that account. Order and payment records may be retained in anonymised form where tax or legal rules require it.
03Delete from the rider / partner app
Open the Maison Blanc Rider app → Profile → Delete Account → confirm. Partner personal data is anonymised the same way. Past delivery records may remain anonymised for ops and finance compliance.
04Request by email or phone
If you cannot use the app, email support@maisonblanc.in or call 70230 04665 from the phone number registered on your account. Subject line: “Account / data deletion request”. Include: full name, registered mobile number, and whether you are a customer or a rider/partner. We verify the account before we delete.
05What we delete
We remove or anonymise name, phone, email, addresses, profile photos, KYC documents, device tokens, and marketing preferences. Sessions and refresh tokens are revoked so signed-in devices can no longer access the account.
06What we may keep
Anonymised order, invoice, and payment references may be kept for tax, dispute, and legal obligations under the DPDP Act and other applicable law. These records no longer identify you by name, phone, or email.
07Timing
In-app deletion completes when you confirm. Email or phone requests are processed after we verify the account, typically within a few business days. You will get confirmation on the channel you used to request deletion where possible.
