1. Who we are
These terms govern use of the Maison Blanc website, customer mobile app, and partner portal operated by Maison Blanc Fabric Care Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). Registered / operating address: Shop No. 6, The Emporium, Puri Diplomatic Greens, Sector 111, Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon, Haryana 122017.
2. Agreement
By using our website, customer app, or partner portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
3. Services
We provide garment care with pickup and delivery for personal customers, and contracted linen, uniform, and guest laundry programs for hospitality. Service area: Selected zones in Delhi NCR. Availability, turnaround times, and pricing are confirmed at booking or in your partner contract.
4. Orders & payment
Personal orders placed through the customer app are subject to slot availability and facility capacity. Consumer payments are processed by PayU India; we do not store full card numbers. Hospitality partners are billed on their invoicing cycle and credit terms. Unpaid balances may pause new pickups where a credit limit applies.
5. Garment care & liability
Items are inspected and tracked at intake. Care instructions and special notes you provide are followed where reasonably possible. Pre-existing defects documented at pickup are recorded. Liability for loss or damage is typically up to a multiple of the per-item service charge unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellation, refunds & delivery

7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential. Partner portal access is limited to authorised staff of the contracted property.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or apps, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false booking or partner information.
9. Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy policy. For privacy requests, email support@maisonblanc.in.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
