Pickup & delivery

1. Service area
We currently serve selected zones in delhi ncr. Address eligibility is checked at booking in the customer app. Hospitality partner service areas are defined in each contract.
2. Slots & OTP
Pickup and delivery require a one-time password shown in the app. Payment may be collected at pickup or delivery, or prepaid via wallet / PayU where enabled.
3. Turnaround
Standard and express turnaround times are shown at booking. Partner SLAs are as contracted.
4. Failed attempts
If the customer is unreachable after reasonable attempts, garments may be returned to the facility and a redelivery slot offered. Additional fees may apply for repeated failed deliveries.
